Winner of the 2002 Annual Maryland Historical Trust Award for Educational Excellence

This short video is useful for educating visitors, including the more than half who visit London Town for after-hour events when educational staff and volunteer docents are unavailable. The video complements London Town’s tours of the National Historic Landmark William Brown House and the related archeological site and gardens by providing all visitors will a comprehensive overview of the site and all of its historical, archeological, and botanical assests.

Glass: A Material for Artists

Glass is a unique material. Exploring the world of art and how artists use glass is filled with many different techniques. Stained glass, fusing, blowing, casting and flameworking are shown in a simple form so that children, as well as adults can answer the Question "How did they do that?" This is a glimpse into the world of artists who use glass to express their creativity and will lead you to further explore the distinctive features of glass.

Welcome to Mount Clare

Winner of the 2003 Annual Maryland Historical Trust Award for Educational Excellence

Welcome to Mount Clare Mansion, one of the finest examples of colonial architecture in Maryland. It was built in 1760 as the country estate of Charles Carroll, Barrister, a prominent Marylander in the American Revolution. Today, this registered National Historic Landmark is a museum that lets you glimpse life in a bygone era. No other museum house in Maryland contains so many artifacts of daily living in the eighteenth century.
